Priscilla Nason Shartle

I am a freelance writer published in magazines and newspaper in and around the Chattanooga area.  Most recently my articles have been found in the Signal Mountain Mirror and the Catoosa Life Magazine.  In 2008, I co-authored a History of Signal Mountain published by Arcadia Publishing: Image of America Series.  When not writing I am with two of my four grandchildren in North Georgia where my husband and I live.  In my spare time I volunteer as the Girl Scout leader for my six-year-old granddaughter’s troop, am a member of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) that supports women in education, and am the past president of the Chattanooga Writers’ Guild.  In my personal blog, www.prisnasonshartle.blogspot.com I write: “I am who I am – the woman who writes these words and lives the life she is intended to live with joy, peace, and love.”

My goal for this blog is to touch the lives of the many women (and men) who might be experiencing the same issues I am dealing with seeking a healthy lifestyle that keeps me whole, well, and happy.
